Future proof human capital scan

Commissioned by: Research Centre for Employability, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (2022)
Question: Research the scientific contribution of project Future Proof Human Capital Scan
The corona pandemic has accelerated technology adoption and automation within organisations. At the same time, some sectors are experiencing a decline in demand for their products and services while others are seeing an increase in demand for their products and services. Because of these developments, the demand for labour after the corona pandemic is expected to look different than before.
Insight into the changes within organisations, the set-up of work and positions as well as the skills that will be required in the future, are necessary in order to be able to respond quickly and adequately to these changes.
For that reason, the Limburg Employers’ Association (LWV) has developed the Future Proof Human Capital Scan (FPHCS), which allows organisations to benchmark their score on the most important future HR-themes with fellow organisations in the same sector and/or of the same size.
