Commissioned by: Dutch municipality (2022)
Objective: Take stock of the progress of a municipality’s organisational development process.
Five years ago, a Dutch municipality made a restart with an organisational development project with the aim of building an organisation that is future-proof, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The municipality requested Neimed to conduct a current inventory of progress made on their previously defined organisational development trajectory. The aim was to provide insight into the effects of the interventions made to further develop the civil service organization. For this project, Regional Capital conducted semi-structured group interviews with representatives from different offices within the organisation.
