Commissioned by: Dutch municipality (2021)
Objective: Monitor the municipality’s organisational development process in a qualitative way
Five years ago, a Dutch municipality restarted an organisational development process, with the aim of building an organisation that is future-proof both quantitatively and qualitatively. Neimed was asked to monitor the progress of the municipality’s organisational development process and to interpret it by means of an interim process evaluation. The aim was to provide insight into the effects of previously made interventions to develop the civil service organisation towards their previously defined targets. Regional Capital carried out appreciative research and used semi-structured double interviews with management and members of the development team.
